Payment
I accept payment by personal cheque in UK pounds or Paypal. Your order will be started once your cheque has cleared or payment received.

Delivery
My aim is to complete and deliver your order within 14 - 21 days of receiving payment.

Returns
As my products are personalised I cannot give refunds.
The only exception to this, is in the unlikely event of a product being faulty due to manufacture. Please contact me as soon as possible and then return your purchase within 14 days for a full refund.
